Signature Capital offer low entry multi product property investments. They are a leading UK developer based in the North West of England with a proven track-record and over £450m in asset value under ownership.

Signature Capital needed a new website developed from a set of PSD designs along with an advanced membership platform to allow investors to register their interest and for their applications to be monitored by the Signature Capital team.

WPbees took the PSD designs and created a set of bespoke HTML templates using the bootstrap grid framework. Special attention was paid to the responsive layouts given that a large part of the website’s audience would come from mobile devices.

With the HTML templates in hand, WPbees next integrated these with the WordPress Content Management System and a bespoke Page Builder created using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. The WPbees Page Builder used the Flexible Content Module to allow for totally bespoke page layouts that could be managed in a uniform and controlled way by the Signature team. This gave the Signature team almost total control over every aspect of every page without it feeling overwhelming or messy.

Aside from building a gorgeous, functional website, I think I liked the "abandoned form" feature the most. It took a while to get this right, performing the task manually for the first few weeks, until the final pieces of the puzzle where put in place. There's something really satisfying about creating an automated process for a manual, time consuming job.

To begin receiving information from Signature Capital, prospective investors must submit a large amount of data. WPbees used a multi-page Gravity Form to collect this information and inform the necessary team members once form data had been submitted. WPbees also created a bespoke ‘abandoned form’ feature which monitors the progress of prospective investors through the form. If an prospective investor fails to enter all of their data and submit the form, what they have entered is securely saved to the WordPress database. Each night, a custom CRON job runs and the team are notified of any prospective investors who have been the application process (but not completed it) within the past 24 hours. This helps the Signature Capital team to proactively help and support their prospective clients through the first step of their investment journey.
