What is the cancellation policy?
Plans run month to month. We’d suggest an initial stretch of three months to kick-off but really you can cancel at anytime from the day after payment (for that month) is taken, right up until the day before your next payment is due.
You’ll be paying for our help and support for the upcoming month. In exceptional circumstances, part month refunds would be issued if the plan was cancelled within the first week of a new billing cycle.
Is this just for large pieces of work?
Our three maintenance plans cover all gamuts of work, larger pieces of work would suit the larger Partner Plan, but we’ll always work with you to identify the most suitable WordPress maintenance plan based on your business goals.
