I run a small web development company specialising in WordPress website development.
Myself and a few other WordPress developers (some front end, some backend) currently handle all the work requests that come into the email inbox.
Over the next few pages, I've posed a number of typical support requests and Id be very interested to see what your initial assessment of the issue is based purely on this first email from the client. What do you think the issue might be? What makes you think that? How might you fix it? etc. etc.
There is no right or wrong answer ... I just want to get a feel for what experience you can bring to this role.
